Conventional Bridge

Bridges are the answer to all those that have one or two teeth missing and don’t want to wear a denture as these are a permanent fixture in the mouth.

A conventional bridge consists of a false tooth/teeth (pontic) in the middle joined by crowned teeth on either side (abutments) to anchor it in the mouth. The pontic and abutments can be made from tooth coloured porcelain, porcelain bonded to metal and also non-precious metals depending on design.
